If you are booked on a scheduled course and are too unwell to attend, a doctor’s note stating that with dates is required. No refund will be given, however, once the note is received, you will be offered a place on the next available course within that quarter. If no courses are available within that quarter, your fees are lost. This is because we have already incurred costs.
Alternatively, you may prefer to let a colleague of equal experience attend on your behalf. We must be informed in advance of the replacement attendee and have the right to refuse.
A course is only guaranteed to run when minimum enrolment numbers are met.
If we have to cancel a course due to sickness or for any other reason, a full refund will be given after every endeavour is made to provide you with the next available date of your choice, within the same quarter.
