The object of this bespoke business coaching service is simply to establish, understand, assist, teach, and deliver the help and practical guidance business owners need to make their business’ goals easy to achieve.

Suitable for salon, spa, and barbershop owners/managers worldwide who are looking to grow their business or who require help in raising turnover of their business. Some clients are simply wanting experienced fresh business eyes to reinvigorate their business approach… a sort of ‘out with the old, in with the new’ thought process!

Business Coaching Service by Nergish
  • Having established the client’s business goals via a free 1-hour consultation, an agreement will be sent out to the client.
  • Nergish recommends a 1-hour telephone/video call per month with date and time agreed in advance due to worldwide time zones.
  • There is no on-going commitment necessary. As soon as the client feels they have achieved their objectives, they can end the agreement by giving 1 months’ notice.
  • Nergish’s business coaching sessions are driven by the client’s performance results and homework assignment completion. This is the only way that Nergish believes clients can achieve their desired results.

Team Rah Rah Day (2 consecutive days, 3 hours each)

This is made bespoke to that particular business’ needs.

Nergish talks about the necessity of raising customer service standards whilst she clarifies the role of each team member plays in delivering them.

During the first session, Nergish teaches staff how to earn the most from their chair/beauty room/nail section.

The next session is spent on practical demonstration and role-plays of language learnt.

Max. number of attendees is 10. If the team is larger, multiple courses need to be booked.
